When we talk or think about the most ‘improved’ crypto payment gateway, Coinremitter comes first. We have noticed major improvements in this platform year by year. As 2024 is about to end, we were curious to know what are they aiming to achieve in 2025. So, we decided to reach out to its team to know their aims (and plans to execute). We had a healthy and interesting conversation with the Coinremitter team. During this, they talked about some visionary aims that can be helpful to the crypto payment community. ‘We just want more and more businesses to accept crypto payments. Our profit margin is quite negligible as you can see that we just charge 0.23% payment processing fees, which is majorly consumed in handling transactions and managing our platform’ they said.
‘So, what are you aiming to achieve in 2025?’ we asked. ‘Let’s discuss it one by one’ they answered.
Being Globally Available
Currently, they’re operating in over 130 countries, which is not bad at all. No crypto regulations have been hurdled from any country yet except some countable ones. They feel like they’re lacking efforts to reach out to some countries. ‘We are introspecting and we make sure to take necessary steps to convince businesses out there to accept crypto payments’ they said.
‘What can be the reason?’ we asked. ‘Maybe, marketing!’ they said. ‘We are trying to reach globally through our ads. However, our ads might not be appealing to those regions’ they added. Further, they said to understand the actual problem those regions may have with using cryptocurrency as a mode of payment, which might not be covered under their marketing, and promised to come up with an ad campaign, specifically designed to serve those nations.
Improving User Experience
Coinremitter is considered to be the most user-friendly crypto payment gateway. ‘However, we feel that our crypto payment services are still unexplored or tough to understand by those who are not familiar with coding’ they said. They claimed to offer the easiest crypto payment integration process. However, they’re looking to simplify it further with the technical support they offer for crypto API integration.
They aim to enhance the technical support and make it more reliable by increasing its availability and strengthening the support staff. Also, a fresh and redesigned website may come with a refined user experience.
Adding Pre-Built Solutions
They were also talking about adding new solutions that will let businesses integrate some features into a business website easily. They aim to serve businesses with less to no coding expertise. In 2025, businesses may get readymade codes to integrate some functionalities. Such solutions can be helpful to business owners to easily integrate features like widgets into their website by just copying the code.
Supporting More Cryptocurrencies
‘Don’t you think that your cryptocurrency payment platform supports fewer cryptocurrencies compared to others?’ we asked. ‘In numbers, yes’ they answered. However, they also added that they are supporting major cryptocurrencies as of now, which have a large number of holders, which is probably not a ‘big’ disadvantage for them.
‘New cryptocurrencies are coming and some of them have the potential to acquire a large community. If any of them grabs a large community and can be beneficial to businesses if accepted as a payment, then we’ll consider adding it to our platform, just like we added Zano in 2024’ they said.
Touching New Milestones
Finally, they said that they’ve set the target of crossing 20 million transactions and joining 50k businesses to accept crypto payments using their platform. ‘Is it possible?’ we asked. ‘Definitely, yes’ they said! Talking further, we got to know that increasing the platform’s usability by improving the user experience and supporting more cryptocurrencies may help them reach expected (or exceptional) milestones.
Final Words
In the end, we wished team Coinremitter wished luck before departing. ‘Your wishes will be helpful in improving our crypto payment gateway, which will help us reach milestones. This will not only benefit us but it will also motivate other businesses to accept crypto payments, which will also change and revolutionize online payment methods globally.
