Yes I understand.
Once I realised the equities markets world wide was a complete lie, I started to make money.
What concerns me now is the bubble of everything.
I have seen this in 1974, 1987, 2007 and now here we are 2025.
So it's about time. Too many investors & traders are maxed out with LVR and the belief things will keep going when all it is about is kicking the can down the road.
I only trade when a company is on its knees with quality or a sideways trading stock in which now there are few of because of over valuation.
After the new year or a few days there after I will be taking divs from my REITS and selling out of WDS and going cash to sit out for a while and do more reading than anything else on what is going on.
Mathematically on almost EVERYTHING.....NOTHING is making sense. The last time this happen with a lot of records I have was 2007.
Equities is a lie, nothing about it is real. If you look deep enough, you will understand what I mean.
